What You'll Do

  • Promote the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of children

  • Provide a successful, supervised and safe educational setting for children 

  • Encourage parent involvement in the development of their children

  • Develop individual goals for and provide continuous assessment of progress

  • Engage, support and assist in developing relationships with families

  • Communicate regularly with parents about the development of their children

What We Expect From You

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Be physically able to interact with young children

  • Valid Ohio driver's license

  • Proof of auto insurance

  • Completion of background checks

  • Be able to pass initial and regular drug screenings
